What Does Success Look Like for Recovery Programs? (audio)
This session is a look at the whole area of program evaluation. It starts with a list of reasons why it is important to conduct assessments of programs outcomes. Also addressedd is the process of determining specific outcomes that can be measured and the sorts of documentation is necessary for accurate evaluation.
Specific follow-up techniques are shared with an emphasis on the notion that the simpler the system the greater the likelihood of success. The session wraps up with some suggested uses of the results of program evaluation and how they can be used to upgrade already successful programs.
